
Wind Down Wednesday Sponsor Form
Wind Down Wednesday is a monthly Food Truck & Concert Series in downtown Gardnerville’s Heritage Park. Each month, from May thru October, the Foundation proudly presents the best of local acts and regional entertainers under the gazebo. This will be the 4th summer of this popular family-friendly series which regularly attracts around 500 attendees! Sponsorships pay for the entertainment, sound system and technicians so that our community may enjoy FREE professionally produced entertainment. Thank you for your consideration and support for the arts in Douglas County.
Main Sponsor – $1,500/event
• Exclusive sponsor for available month. Month reserved on a first come, first serve basis.
• Logo placement on CAF Website, Facebook and Instagram pages, mentions in press releases, social media shout-outs for that for the month preceding the event.
• On-stage sponsor recognition announcement by MC.
• A 2’x4′ banner with your logo in front of stage.
• Stage-side booth space for your information and promo items.
• Networking and sales opportunities with the attendees.
• On-stage promo announcement(by sponsor rep) or business highlight at intermission(by MC).
Co-Sponsor* – $750/event
• Shared sponsorship of event with one other sponsor. Limit 2 sponsors.
