Water Balloon Fight!

I, the undersigned participant (or legal guardian if under 18), acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk:
I understand that participating in a water balloon fight involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slipping, falling, minor injuries (such as bruises or sprains), and other unforeseen accidents. I voluntarily choose to participate fully aware of these risks.

Release of Liability:
I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless CV Flyte, its volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, and property owners from any and all claims, demands, injuries, damages, or causes of action arising out of or connected with my participation in this event.

Medical Treatment:
In the event of an injury, I authorize CV Flyte to obtain necessary medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to do so. I understand that I am responsible for any costs related to my medical care.

Personal Responsibility:
I agree to behave in a safe and respectful manner during the event. I understand that I am responsible for any harm or injury I may cause to myself or others.

Photography/Media Release:
I consent to the use of any photographs or video taken during the event for promotional purposes without compensation.

Minors:
If the participant is under 18 years of age, this form must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Participant MUST BE a minimum of 5 years old.
