I have read all the event details *REQUIRED Please read the following Rules and Regulations and check the box at the bottom after reading: Rules and Regulations: • No alcoholic beverages to be sold unless permission provided in writing from CV Flyte LLC • All Vendors agree to release CV Flyte LLC, the Town of Gardnerville, and venue from any and all liability from injury, product loss, or any negative press associated with Wind Down Wednesday events. • All vendors are required to have access to a phone to call 9-1-1 in the event of an emergency. • No stakes allowed in the ground. • All vendors understand that no smoking (including E Cigarettes) or pets are allowed in the vendor space or anywhere on the venue property • All vendors will provide their own structure and will ensure it is secured properly to withstand any wind that may arise. • All vendors are responsible for any damage that may occur should their structure and/or property is not secured properly. CV Flyte LLC, the Town of Gardnerville, and venue will not be responsible for any damage incurred. • No subletting your space without prior written approval from CV Flyte LLC. • All vendors may begin setup at 2:30pm and must be completely setup by 4pm. • All vendors are required to have their own trash receptacle available to their patrons to supplement the bins/dumpsters provided by Heritage Park. • In the case of inclement weather, and to maintain a safe environment, CV Flyte LLC reserves the right to end the events for safety reasons. • In the case of inclement weather, and to maintain a safe environment, CV Flyte LLC reserves the right to determine if the event should be canceled altogether. CV Flyte LLC will contact all vendors the night prior should the event be canceled. Fees for any fully canceled events will be refunded. • All vendors are required to leave their space as they found it. No trash or other items will remain after the end of the event. • CV Flyte LLC does not discriminate but reserves the right to dismiss any application that is not appropriate or does not meet the standard or quality not in the best interest of the event and all who participate in the event. • Vendors agree to report any mischief, unprofessional behavior from either a vendor or an attendee to CV Flyte LLC immediately. • Any violation of the Rules and Regulations agreed to by the vendor will result in the removal of the vendor from the event and participation from any future events. I have read and agree to all the Rules and Regulations *REQUIRED Please read the following Vendor Participation Application Agreement & Release and check the box at the bottom after reading: Vendor Participation Application Agreement & Release: In consideration of CV Flyte LLC’s acceptance of the applicant’s (“Applicant”) application to participate in Wind Down Wednesday events, the Applicant (its officers, directors, agents, employees, representatives, and/or members) agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, protect, and defend CV Flyte LCC, as well as its entities’ agents, employees and/or representatives, from and against any and all loss, claim of loss, injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury), damage (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs), claimed by or resulting from a claim by a third party or the Applicant (or any officer, director, agent, employee, representative, and/or member of the Applicant), that may arise out of, or is in any manner, related to any act of failure to act by the Applicant (its officers, directors, agents, employees, representatives, and/or members) in connection with the Applicant’s participation in Wind Down Wednesday events. It is also understood that Applicant has read, understood and agrees to all of the Rules and Regulations including any stipulations specifically applying to Applicant under the Vendor Category Rules section. Applicant also agrees that they have initiated the bottom right hand corner of each page indicating that they have read and underwood the contents on the page.
